Mountain State Event Rentals Contract.

Making Reservations 

​

Equipment can be reserved for a three day period upon a signed contract and 

a non-refundable deposit of 1/3 the total amount due.   Conditions that hinder use does not release the clients deposit.   The remainder of the balance is due upon receipt of the rentals.     A written agreement can substitute for a signature, if your purchase was made on line.

 Damage to Rental Equipment

​

Client assumes responsibility for themselves and their guest while using the equipment provided by Mountain State Rentals.  Client agrees to pay for any damaged or missing property.  Weather damage is the exception. 

We ask that no candles be placed directly on the tablecloths.  Please, no standing or sitting on tables.  If a table is broken a fee of  $100.00 will be added to your final bill.

Count

​

Client is responsible for the count of rentals upon delivery, otherwise numbers will be considered true and correct.   Items found missing will be the clients responsibility and we request reimbursement of said items.

Delivery

​

Our delivery fee in or near the city of Grand Junction is 25.00.   Out of town deliveries  depend on distance and terrain.   We can deliver one to two days before your event and pick up one to two days after your event.   We also do same day delivery in town.  Our normal rental fee is for 72 hours.

Set Up Fees

​

Our tents have no set up fee.   Tables, Chairs, Dance Floor can be set up by the client or if they wish, Mountain State Event Rentals can do it for a fee.  The same applies for tear down.    We will take down the tents for free.   The client is responsible for folding and stacking the tables and chairs.   Mountain State Event Rentals will fold and stack tables and chairs for a pre-arranged  fee.

Our Rentals

​

If in time, you decide you need more or less chairs, tables,  or linens we will adjust the invoice and change the price accordingly.     The tents cannot be removed, but can be added and the invoice changed accordingly.

Agreement 

​

By signing this contract, or substituting a written agreement via email,  you agree to the terms of this document.  It shall be considered legal and binding.
